Attending the training course were leaders of the Department of Tourism, specialized departments and nearly 70 trainees who are officers, employees, managers and workers in tourism businesses in Ninh Binh province.

The training course takes place in the context of digital transformation becoming an inevitable trend in all fields, especially tourism. The training program is designed to equip students with basic knowledge of digital transformation, new technologies, as well as how to apply information technology in tourism management and development.

Within the framework of the training course, lecturers from the Academy of Posts and Telecommunications presented many contents such as the concept of digital transformation, opportunities and challenges, benefits of applying technology in tourism, using social networks, popular AI tools. In addition, students also discussed and practiced creating digital content to apply more effectively in the management and business work of the unit.

The training course is important in raising awareness and skills for staff, managers, workers and employees of enterprises in the digital transformation process. Thereby contributing to improving the efficiency of communication and business activities, ready to meet the development requirements in the digital age of Ninh Binh tourism industry in the coming time.
