“In particular, units need to increase the processing of clean coal from non-coal products to create sources for coal processing and blending; continue to implement the “Three-ization” strategy: Mechanization, Automation, and Informatization in production lines; research and invest in synchronous mechanization lines for longwall coal mining, mechanization of coal extraction in longwalls with soft supports; promote investment in large-capacity synchronous equipment lines in open-pit mines to improve the efficiency of loading and transporting,” Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan emphasized.

In addition, units are also required to self-review and research additional regulations/processes related to coal management, trading, and quality management in accordance with regulations, in the direction that production, screening, blending, and processing units are ultimately responsible for product quality.
