On August 11, 2025, the My Son World Cultural Heritage Management Board issued an official dispatch and report requesting the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Da Nang to act as the investor to carry out the following work contents.

Speaking at the meeting, Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Thi - Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the proactive and active coordination of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the My Son World Cultural Heritage Management Board and relevant agencies and units in advising the People's Committee of Quang Nam province (old) to coordinate with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to submit to the Prime Minister for approval the task of establishing a plan to preserve, restore and renovate the special national relic of My Son Temple Complex as well as in preserving and promoting the value of the relic site over the past time.

The My Son World Heritage Management Board is the agency in charge of coordinating with experts and relevant parties to develop a detailed plan to carry out the restoration and rehabilitation of the special national relic in the coming time. Proactively propose and implement plans to mobilize resources from domestic and foreign organizations and individuals to carry out the conservation, restoration and rehabilitation of the relic in the coming time.
