In Chau Thoi commune, the delegation inspected the Vinh Hung National Special Archaeological Historical Site. In Bac Lieu ward, the delegation surveyed the Cao Van Lau Theater, the Bac Lieu Provincial Museum, the National Monument of the Southern Traditional Music and Musician Cao Van Lau. In Gia Rai ward, the delegation visited the Noc Nang National Historical Site.
The Vinh Hung National Special Archaeological Historical Site is a unique heritage of the Oc Eo culture in the southernmost region of the country, with 5 artifacts recognized as national treasures. Currently, the site has deteriorated and is being submitted to the Provincial People's Committee by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to renovate the drainage system and the roof of the tower.
The construction of the Noc Nang National Historical Site was completed in 2024, with a budget of over 6 billion VND. The National Monument of the Southern Amateur Music and Musician Cao Van Lau Art Museum is renovating the yard, drainage system, and repairing the collapsed foundation, with a total investment of over 3 billion VND. The Cao Van Lau Theater is planning to renovate and repair the fire prevention and fighting system, electrical system, lighting, and sliding doors, with a budget of over 7 billion VND.

Through the survey, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Ho Hai highly appreciated the historical works and relics being built and preserved in the old Bac Lieu province. Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Ho Hai directed the Provincial People's Committee to review the historical works and relics that the delegation visited and inspected to have a plan to maintain, repair and upgrade each degraded and damaged work and relic, further promoting traditional cultural values to attract tourists and educate the revolutionary tradition of the heroic land.
