General rehearsal of Ha Long Carnival 2025 program
On the evening of April 29, at Sun Carnival Square, Bai Chay Ward, Ha Long City, the rehearsal of the Ha Long Carnival 2025 program with the theme "Connecting Heritage - Pioneering Shining" took place. Up to this point, the special performances have been completed, ready for an attractive Ha Long Carnival 2025, to introduce to the whole country and international friends the land, culture and people of Ha Long - Quang Ninh, affirming Ha Long - Quang Ninh as a "Safe, friendly, attractive" destination.

Ha Long Carnival 2025 stage is elaborately staged with modern sound and lighting systems.
The Ha Long Carnival 2025 program will have 3 chapters recreating and conveying the unique cultural features of Quang Ninh to a large number of people and tourists, including: Chapter I: Ha Long Heritage - Brilliant Wonder; Chapter II: Quang Ninh - Heritage within heritage; Chapter III: Integration with five continents - Shining pioneer.
“Connecting heritage – Pioneering to shine”, the message of Ha Long Carnival 2025 is an affirmation of the goal of building the Quang Ninh tourism brand as a convergence point of the quintessence of Vietnamese and world heritage. Ha Long in the future will reach out and shine as a brilliant Cultural – Festival center, where heritage sublimates, colors converge, bringing Quang Ninh to break through and reach far in the new era.
The Ha Long Carnival 2025 program will officially take place at 8:10 p.m., May 1, 2025, at Sun Carnival Square, No. 88 Ha Long Street, Bai Chay Ward, Ha Long City. The program will be broadcast live on QTV1, QTV3; livestream on the fanpage QMG - Quang Ninh News 24/7 of the Quang Ninh Provincial Media Center and rebroadcast on TV channels in many localities across the country.
The performances at the Ha Long Carnival 2025 will help visitors explore the endless beauty of Quang Ninh, where majestic nature blends with unique cultural values. The performance recreates a resilient Quang Ninh, a bright sea embracing the children born from the storms, with a spirit as majestic as the mountains, full of vitality like the ocean. Images of vast green forests and sacred pagodas evoke the peace, tranquility and spiritual beauty of Quang Ninh through the performance "Sacred Yen Tu". Binh Lieu Then singing performance, to honor the intangible cultural heritage of Binh Lieu Then singing, a quintessence of the Tay people in the border region of Quang Ninh. The performances were elaborately staged, demonstrating the spirit and generosity of Quang Ninh people, always striving to contribute and dedicate themselves to building an increasingly rich and civilized country. The program features many famous singers such as: Quang Hung Master D; Rapper Tieu Minh Phung; Rapper Ram C... Showcasing costumes of peoples around the world. The program will also feature many dancers, beauty queens, beauties... bringing a joyful and unique atmosphere with vibrant dances, creating a sparkling and brilliant picture of Ha Long connecting five continents. The unique model cars on display carry profound cultural messages to convey to the people and domestic and foreign tourists about a Quang Ninh that develops, integrates and rises strongly in the new era of the nation.
