Compared to the Cat Linh - Ha Dong metro line, the system of stations and tickets for the Nhon - Hanoi station metro line are different.

Specifically, the single ticket type is round and looks like a coin. Customers who buy single tickets will be given this ticket, when going through the ticket gate, use the ticket to scan to open the gate, when getting off at the station, insert it into the ticket machine to open the gate.

Single and daily tickets are only valid for 20 minutes after purchase. If you do not board the train, you must go to the ticket counter to update.

Monthly passes have customer identification to help limit situations where tickets are lent to others.

In particular, ticket sales areas will be located on both sides of the route.
