MRB said the proposal was made after the upper section of the project from Nhon to Giang Bridge had been assessed by the State Inspection Council meeting (the final section) and approved for commercial operation.
In order for the elevated section to be put into passenger service, MRB proposed that the city council organize completion and commercial operation on 9/8.
Along with that, MRB requested the city council to review and assign tasks to relevant agencies and units.
