Xuan Chinh is a village with a large population of Muong ethnic people. To help people have a place for cultural activities, Kho K822 has consulted, proposed to superiors and directly surveyed, designed, and constructed a community activity house in the Muong culture style, a 2-storey stilt house, with an area of ^​​294m2 , with a capacity of 150 seats; with a stage, corridor, steps... with a total value of more than 2 billion VND. Since the Community Activity House was built, people in the village have had a space to organize common activities, contributing to improving cultural and spiritual life.

K822 Warehouse is stationed in the ethnic minority area with many difficulties in Ngoc Lac district. Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Xuan Phuc, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of K822 Warehouse, said: The Warehouse Party Committee always identifies the position and role of mass mobilization work as very important in building a "fence of people's hearts" and consolidating the great national unity bloc. Accordingly, the Warehouse Party Committee has developed a specialized resolution on leading mass mobilization work in the new period, setting out specific tasks and responsibilities for each agency, unit and mass organizations... Party committees and branches have done a good job of assigning members to be in charge of mass mobilization work; reviewing, consolidating and perfecting mass mobilization teams and being responsible to the Party Committee for guiding and organizing the implementation of mass mobilization work.

From 2019 to now, the unit has coordinated with local authorities and committees to effectively carry out many projects and tasks, such as: Supporting working days and funding to build 110m2 ^of concrete yard and giving 48 seats to Giang Son Village Cultural House, Thuy Son Commune (Ngoc Lac District); giving a pair of breeding cows worth more than 25 million VND to poor households in Giang Son Village; supporting Quang Trung Secondary School (Ngoc Lac District) with 10 tons of cement to build infrastructure; actively supporting thousands of working days, supporting materials and funding to help the local authorities and people of Thach Lap Commune complete a number of new rural construction targets. Joining with the locality to carry out the restructuring of crops and livestock; helping people apply new scientific and technical advances in farming and animal husbandry. In addition, the cadres and members of the unit's mass mobilization team regularly coordinate well in propaganda, education of traditions, education of law; fight against social evils, eliminate bad customs, eliminate evil religions, superstition... Thereby, strengthening the solidarity and close relationship between the unit and the locality; maintaining a safe belt, safe area, contributing to the successful completion of assigned tasks.
