In order to strengthen management and ensure compliance with legal regulations on mineral exploitation activities for common construction materials for projects, the Provincial People's Committee requests the Department of Agriculture and Environment to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Construction, Department of Finance, Department of Industry and Trade, People's Committees of districts, towns, cities and relevant agencies and units to strengthen management of mineral exploitation and transportation for common construction materials, ensuring compliance with licensed contents (confirmation) and relevant laws throughout the exploitation process and after the end of exploitation activities. At the same time, promptly detect and strictly handle violations in accordance with regulations; ensure uninterrupted exploitation activities.

The Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board and investors of key transport projects in the province direct and require contractors to organize the management, exploitation and transportation of minerals as common construction materials for projects in compliance with the contents specified in the issued confirmation of registration of mining volume and relevant laws during the mining process and after the end of mining activities.

The Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board and investors of key transport projects in the province closely coordinate with the People's Committees of districts, towns, cities and relevant agencies and units in organizing the supervision of mineral exploitation activities for construction materials by construction contractors, the use of coordinated materials, and the collection and dumping of excess materials. At the same time, continue to coordinate with the Department of Agriculture and Environment and relevant agencies and units to promptly complete the procedures for granting mines, increase mine capacity to ensure material needs, and meet the construction progress of projects.
