Bulgarian Cultural Space at Dalat University Library |
The Republic of Bulgaria was one of the first 10 countries in the world to recognize and establish diplomatic relations with Vietnam. Before 1990, Bulgaria helped train more than 3,600 scientists, experts in various fields and about 26,000 skilled workers for Vietnam.
On December 27, 2019, the two sides signed an Education Cooperation Agreement for the period 2019 - 2023. Accordingly, each year Bulgaria awards 8 full scholarships to Vietnamese students.
According to Ambassador Pavlin Todorov, the launch of the Bulgarian Space at Dalat University is a concrete action to realize the good cooperation between the two countries in the period 2025 - 2028. The Bulgarian Embassy in Vietnam will continue to work with Dalat University to create opportunities for students of the two countries to exchange and help each other in the field of scientific research.
