In recent years, press agencies in our country have made many landmark changes to adapt to the general trend of world journalism, while seizing the opportunities brought by the 4.0 revolution. In particular, the trend of multi-dimensional, multi-form, multi-access and multi-platform communication has become dominant, posing both opportunities and challenges for the reporting team.

At the Conference, delegates focused on studying two topics related to opportunities and challenges for reporters in the context of many new media trends and the receptive capacity and resistance of cadres and party members to foreign cultural and artistic products imported into Vietnam.

Specifically, comrade Le Manh Hung, Vice President of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education, former Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department, former Standing Secretary of the Central Youth Union presented the topic "Modern journalism and communication, opportunities and challenges for the current team of reporters".

Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Toan Thang, former Director of the Institute of Culture and Development, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, presented a thematic report on "Improving the receptive capacity and resistance of young cadres and party members to foreign cultural, literary and artistic products".

At the Central Youth Union headquarters and many other locations across the country, delegates discussed and asked questions related to the two topics mentioned above. They focused on issues surrounding the propaganda work on the Youth Union and the youth and children's movement at present and in the future.
