The STEM Festival attracted over 200 students from 10 primary and secondary schools in the district. With many creative ideas, the Festival gathered 46 products, including topics in the fields of: Physics, Biology, Technology, Science, Chemistry, Informatics, Mathematics, History - Geography and Robotics.

The products participating in the Festival are all highly applicable and close to life, made from recycled materials such as: plastic pipes, cardboard, foam mats, pine cones, pine bark, etc., applying interdisciplinary knowledge and experiments in life, activities, local production, teaching aids, etc.

At the Festival, teachers and students also got to experience some games from the students' own STEM products.
In particular, this year's Festival has a Robotics competition with the participation of 8/10 schools, creating a creative and attractive playground, helping students improve their knowledge, skills and develop their passion in the field of Robotics.

At the Festival, the Organizing Committee awarded 4 first prizes, 5 second prizes, 5 third prizes and 12 consolation prizes to the best projects.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy - Head of the Department of Education and Training of Lac Duong district said: Through the STEM Festival, it is an opportunity for schools and students to participate in exchanges and learn from the displayed products; exchange practical methods in organizing STEM teaching according to the 2018 General Education Program to help learners enhance their cooperation, communication, creative thinking, and critical thinking skills through participating in learning activities and experiences according to the STEM teaching model.
