Lieutenant Colonel Pham Van Nam, Deputy Commissar of the Technical and Logistics Support Center, spoke at the water filter donation ceremony.

The program aims to support the people of Hang Vinh commune, especially poor and near-poor households and those without access to tap water, to have the conditions to use clean water in daily life. The donated equipment is a type of water filter using a filter core, capable of removing impurities and bacteria, contributing to ensuring food hygiene and safety and protecting people's health.

At the donation ceremony, the center’s staff directly instructed people on how to use the water filter properly, effectively and durably. Using this device helps people reduce time and costs of boiling drinking water, while also contributing to saving fuel and protecting the environment.
