Speaking to reporters, Mr. Hoang Duy Hai, Deputy Head of Market Management Team No. 2, said that the inspection, control and handling of administrative violations are well organized, with specific tasks assigned to each inspector, focusing on key tourism areas. Along with that, Market Management Team No. 2 closely coordinates with the People's Committees of communes and wards to detect and handle violations quickly, effectively, in accordance with legal regulations.

Mr. Hai also emphasized the prevention factor: During major holidays such as April 30 - May 1, when the number of visitors increases, we not only increase inspection and supervision but also integrate propaganda and dissemination of the law to each business household. We encourage business households to sign a commitment to strictly comply with regulations on prices, food safety, origin of goods... Thanks to doing this well, the situation of speculation, hoarding goods waiting for price increases or unreasonably increasing prices has been controlled, contributing significantly to ensuring a healthy business environment, fair competition, and maximum protection of the interests of tourists and local people.

Ms. Hoang Thi Vuong, Head of the Department of Culture, Science and Information of Sa Pa town, shared: It is forecasted that the town will welcome a large number of tourists during the April 30 - May 1 holiday. To best prepare, the People's Committee of Sa Pa town has issued many directives, requiring tourism and service businesses to improve service quality and commit to comply with service standards registered with state management agencies. This helps tourists feel completely secure when using services in Sa Pa.

The involvement of functional forces is a key factor, however, for management to be truly effective and sustainable, it is indispensable to have a sense of self-awareness and compliance with the law from business entities in the area. Reality shows that along with strict inspection and control, more and more business establishments in Sa Pa are clearly aware of their responsibilities and strictly implement the provisions of the law.

Mr. Lai Minh Cang, owner of an accommodation service business in Sa Pa town, expressed his agreement and support: "We have proactively prepared the necessary facilities and conditions to welcome guests. First, we have registered with the state management agency and publicly posted the price list to help customers easily grasp the information, ensuring appropriate prices. Regarding facilities, we have renovated and repaired rooms, and invested in purchasing additional equipment to make the rooms beautiful, clean, airy, and ready to meet the needs of tourists.

Regarding food safety and hygiene - one of the top concerns of tourists, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim - manager of a restaurant in Sa Pa town shared: "To best prepare for the holiday, the restaurant has reviewed all necessary documents such as periodic health check-ups for employees and related certificates. In particular, we strictly comply with food safety and hygiene conditions."

Good management of service activities in a key tourist area like Sa Pa not only directly contributes to creating a healthy and fair business environment, but also improves service quality, creating a good impression in the hearts of tourists. Thereby stimulating sustainable tourism, attracting more and more tourists to Sa Pa, bringing a stable source of income to the people, contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality and the tourism industry of Lao Cai province.
