Domestic coffee prices today
Domestic coffee prices today, April 30, 2025 in the Central Highlands region increased slightly compared to yesterday, fluctuating between 130,200 - 130,800 VND/kg.
Accordingly, traders in Dak Nong province are purchasing coffee at the highest price of 130,800 VND/kg. A slight increase of 100 VND/kg compared to yesterday.
Similarly, coffee prices in Dak Lak province are at 130,800 VND/kg, an increase of 100 VND/kg compared to yesterday.
Coffee prices in Gia Lai province increased by VND200/kg and were traded at VND130,700/kg.
In Lam Dong province, coffee prices increased by VND200/kg to VND130,200/kg.

Domestically, coffee prices are expected to remain high and may continue to rise in the short term due to declining volumes and the lack of signs of improvement in the dry weather. However, the market remains sensitive to weather conditions in Brazil and import demand from major consuming countries.
In the European market, in February 2025, the EU imported 3.15 million bags of green coffee, down nearly 10% compared to the previous month and down more than 18% compared to the same period in 2024. However, total imports in the 2024-2025 crop year still increased by 6.22% compared to the previous crop year, reaching 47.05 million bags.
Coffee imports in February reached 1.01 billion euros, down slightly from the previous month but up sharply by 44.28% year-on-year, indicating that coffee prices have increased significantly throughout 2024. Despite rising import prices and costs, coffee demand in Europe remains strong due to concerns over the new EUDR regulation, although the implementation date has been postponed to the end of 2024, causing the import pace to slow down somewhat.
World coffee prices today
Coffee prices on the world market fell sharply on both exchanges:
Robusta Coffee (London):
Delivery in July 2025: Down 90 USD/ton, to 5,323 USD/ton.
Delivery September 2025: Down 93 USD/ton, to 5,272 USD/ton.
Arabica Coffee (New York):
July 2025 delivery: Down 8.5 cents/lb, to 401.55 cents/lb.
September 2025 delivery: Down 8.55 cents/lb, to 393.35 cents/lb.
Global coffee markets fell across the board. Arabica prices hit a two-and-a-half month high on concerns about lower Brazilian output and steady demand despite higher retail prices.
Rabobank forecasts Brazil's arabica output in 2025-26 will fall 13.6% to 38.1 million bags, as dry weather affects the flowering of coffee trees.
Robusta prices, on the other hand, have come under pressure as Rabobank forecasts Brazil’s robusta output to rise 7.3% in the same period to a record 24.7 million bags. In addition, the Brazilian Real strengthened on April 28, hitting a three-week high against the US dollar, reducing the incentive for Brazilian producers to sell, contributing to supporting coffee prices.
