On the flag route, the ward's cadres and women's association members installed 60 national flag poles; the total cost of implementation was nearly 7 million VND from the association's operating budget.

On the same afternoon, the Ward Women's Union coordinated with the Ward Farmers' Association to implement the "Security Light" model. The model was implemented on an alley in a residential area of ​​Phong Phu 1 Residential Group with a length of more than 200m, installing 5 lighting poles. The cost of implementing the model was more than 35 million VND, mobilized by the 2 organizations from socialized sources. In addition, households along the road also contributed working days to dig and fill the lamp post foundations.

The "Security Light" model was implemented at Phong Phu 1 Residential Group, Ninh Giang Ward.

The model aims to contribute to maintaining security and order, building civilized urban areas; improving the effectiveness of propaganda work among cadres, members, women and people on implementing the campaign "Building a family of 5 no's, 3 clean's, contributing to fostering Vietnamese family values".
