The Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council has just announced the convening of the 26th Session of the Provincial People's Council to consider the following contents:

1. Amending Resolution No. 231 dated February 19, 2025 of the Provincial People's Council on assigning civil servant positions in administrative agencies and organizations; number of people working in associations; number of commune-level cadres, civil servants and non-professional workers at the commune level; approving the total number of people working in public service units in 2025.
2. Regulations on daily labor allowance for Militia forces in Ha Tinh province.
3. Prescribe measures to ensure the implementation of democracy at the grassroots level in Ha Tinh province.
4. Adjusting the development investment capital plan of the Central budget to implement the National Target Program on New Rural Development, the National Target Program on Socio-Economic Development in Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas for the 2022-2025 period and 2025.
5. Allocate the 2025 state budget regular expenditure estimate to units and localities implementing the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction for the 2021-2025 period.
6. Adjust and supplement the medium-term public investment plan of local budget capital for the period 2021-2025 and the public investment capital plan for 2025.
7. Adjusting the state budget revenue and expenditure estimates for 2025 and supplementing and amending a number of contents in Resolution No. 207 dated December 13, 2024 and Resolution No. 227 dated January 23, 2025 of the Provincial People's Council.
8. Task of adjusting the Master Plan for construction of Vung Ang Economic Zone, Ha Tinh province to 2050.
9. The task of surveying the terrain and making a plan for the construction of the Industrial Park in the West of Ha Tinh city.
10. List of land plots for bidding for investment projects using land in Ha Tinh province in 2025.
11. List of works and projects requiring land acquisition; conversion of land use purposes for rice cultivation, protective forest land, and production forest land (supplemented) from 2025.
12. Perform human resources work.
