This morning, the Ha Tinh Provincial Military Party Committee held a conference to review 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05 of the 12th Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle. Attending the conference were representatives of the Political Department of Military Region IV, Colonel Nguyen Xuan Thang, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command, representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, and leaders of provincial departments and branches.

Conference welcome performance

The report and speeches at the Conference clearly stated that over the past 10 years, the Military Party Committee of Ha Tinh province has thoroughly grasped, led, directed, and seriously and effectively implemented Directive 05 of the Politburo in conjunction with the implementation of political tasks and emulation movements and other campaigns inside and outside the Army, in accordance with the characteristics of the situation and tasks of the unit and locality.

Since then, it has contributed to building a healthy cultural environment, pushing back negative manifestations, corruption, waste, and creating a widespread influence. Through the implementation process, it has promoted positive factors in agencies and units, created positive changes in the implementation of political tasks, contributed to building a Party organization that excellently completes its tasks, a strong and comprehensive unit, and a "Typical model".

Along with the movement of building new rural areas, preventing natural disasters and epidemics, the image of "Uncle Ho's soldiers" continues to be promoted and shine, worthy of the affection and trust of the Party Committee, the government and the people. In 10 years, the unit has mobilized nearly 45,000 cadres and soldiers with nearly 100,000 working days to participate in building new rural areas in the whole province. Supported the construction and handover of 22 comrade houses, 65 great solidarity houses; supported the construction of 63 gratitude houses.

Directed to ensure timely resolution of backlog of policies for people with meritorious services; conducted searches and collected the remains of 8 martyrs in the country, 87 remains of Vietnamese volunteer soldiers and experts who died in Laos and brought them back to the country.

With the achieved results, for many consecutive years, the Provincial Military Party Committee has been awarded the Excellent Emulation Flag by the Ministry of National Defense and the Provincial People's Committee.

At the conference, the Military Party Committee of Ha Tinh province commended and rewarded 7 collectives and 8 typical advanced individuals in 10 years of implementing Directive 05 of the Politburo on promoting studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in the period of 2016-2025.

Also on this occasion, the Provincial Military Command presented awards to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the contest to learn about the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification, with 1 first prize, 5 second prizes, 10 third prizes and 10 consolation prizes.
