At the investigation agency, Khuat Van Sinh confessed that his violation was due to anxiety, frustration, and being unable to control himself, Sinh cursed and kicked the medical staff in the stomach while the medical staff was giving emergency aid to Sinh's son.
Currently, the Investigation Agency is consolidating the case file to handle Sinh according to the provisions of law.
Previously, at around 5:20 p.m. on April 25, at Thanh Ba District Medical Center, while providing emergency care to a patient in a traffic accident, Mr. Pham Tien Nam, a nurse at Thanh Ba District Medical Center, was cursed and kicked in the stomach by Khuat Van Sinh, a relative of the victim.
