
The program “Hue - Capital of Cuisine” aims to demonstrate, introduce and promote Vietnamese cuisine in general and Hue cuisine in particular to tourists and people in the city; thereby contributing to preserving, conserving and promoting the traditional values of Vietnamese cuisine.
The program "Hue - Culinary Capital" in addition to the participation of nearly 70 culinary booths with culinary promotion, processing and display activities, also interspersed with attractive art performances, games at the culinary booths; especially the experience of 3D Culinary Exhibition using AR & Hologram technology... Also within the framework of the program, the Hue City Department of Tourism also launched the Identity System of Hue - Culinary Capital.

The event “Hue - Culinary Capital” promises to create a unique, distinctive and attractive culinary cultural space, one of the highlights in the series of cultural and festival activities at the National Tourism Year and Hue Festival 2025 during the April 30 and May 1 holidays.
The event also initially affirmed the brand value of “Hue - Culinary Capital” and expected to gradually create an annual activity in the ancient capital of Hue, bringing local people and domestic and foreign tourists the opportunity to experience and explore the diverse and famous cuisine of the poetic land of Hue.
