On the evening of April 29, at the Creative Park (Thu Duc City), the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism presided over and coordinated with the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City and related units to organize the special art program "Spring of Reunification". The program was broadcast live on VTV1 of Vietnam Television, along with digital platforms of many central press agencies, radio and television stations of provinces and cities across the country. With an outdoor stage of more than 1,000m², and the participation of more than 1,300 singers, actors, and armed forces, the audience was presented with the largest-scale art program ever organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

In the program, the audience will meet again famous People's Artists such as: Quoc Hung, Thu Hien, Phuong Loan, Trong Phuc, Que Tran, Ho Ngoc Trinh; and Meritorious Artists Vo Minh Lam, Pham Khanh Ngoc, Vu Thang Loi... Besides, there is a group of singers in the music program Anh trai "say hi", Anh trai vu ngan cong gai and singers who are loved by the audience such as: Hoa Minzy, Duc Tuan, Le Thu Hien, Uyen Linh, Ta Quang Thang, Hoang Bach, Khanh Chi, MTV group... The program consists of 3 chapters: The pain of separation and the path to unification; Spring of peace; Spring of a new era. The program brings to the audience elaborately staged artistic performances, harmoniously combining tradition with modernity. There, there are songs that have gone through the years arranged in a new style suitable for the taste of young audiences, but still retain the spirit and meaning inherent in each work such as: Cau ho ben bo Hien Luong; Tinh trong la thiep; Giai loi mien Nam; The road I walk long along the country; Xuan khu chien; Bai ca Ho Chi Minh; Tien ve Sai Gon; Dat nuoc tron ​​giu niu ngua; Bai ca khong quen; La co; Melody of pride; Belief in victory; Continuing the story of peace; Aspiration of the Vietnamese people; As if Uncle Ho was there on the day of great victory ... Through that, the audience is led from after the Dien Bien Phu Victory in 1954, when the Geneva Agreement was signed but the country had to be divided into two regions, to the day of national reunification, North and South reunited, along the journey of building and developing the country to become increasingly rich, civilized, and steadily entering the new era.

“Spring of Reunification” is truly a unique art program, a meaningful cultural event, spreading the spirit of peace, solidarity and aspiration for development. Thereby, it contributes to portraying the great historical value of the great victory of spring 1975, marking the event of the complete liberation of the South and the reunification of the country; expressing respect for the great achievements that the country has achieved after 50 years of peace and development.

In addition to the special art program “Spring of Reunification”, on April 26, 27, and 28, VTV1 also broadcast live the art programs “Song of Reunification”, “Vang Mai Khuc Khai Trieu”, “Dang Trong Mua Xuan Dai Thang” (Forever Triumphant Song)”. The program “Song of Reunification” brought to the audience immortal musical works of the country, at the same time connecting the emotions of many generations of Vietnamese people. It was the emotions of the characters directly participating in the program that touched the hearts of the audience. The program also highlighted the message of pride and will of every Vietnamese person in the period of independence, unification and development of the country.

The TV bridge “Forever the Triumphant Resounds” is an epic art piece connected from the bridges of Thong Nhat Park (Hanoi Capital) - Hien Luong Flag Tower (Quang Tri Province) - Saigon River Park (Ho Chi Minh City). Through musical works, television reports, and interactions with historical witnesses, the program has contributed to recreating the historical years of the country, helping the audience, especially the young people, understand the historical context that forced our people to take up arms to protect independence, expressing the will "Nothing is more precious than independence and freedom!".

The special art program “The Party in the Great Spring Victory” includes two chapters: Forever believing in the Party; Great Spring Victory, with songs praising the glorious milestones on the journey through 95 springs of the Party; depicting historical moments and the leadership role of the Party, of President Ho Chi Minh and generations of soldiers - those who sacrificed their youth, contributing to writing the heroic history of the nation. The selected songs not only evoke national pride, but also affirm an enduring truth: Following the Party is the choice of faith, the path leading to the victorious spring of the Vietnamese people.

The series of art programs celebrating the Liberation Day of the South and National Reunification once again brought the public emotions and beliefs, thereby urging and encouraging each person to continue to contribute more to building the Fatherland of Vietnam in the new era - the era of national growth.
