Ho Chi Minh City Traffic Police Department announced a ban on people and vehicles from circulating; prohibited stopping and parking and restricted traffic in some areas:

- Ba Son Bridge, from Thu Duc City to District 1 (starting from the intersection of D6 - R12);

- Nguyen Binh Khiem Street (section from Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street to Nguyen Huu Canh Street);

- Dinh Tien Hoang Street (section from Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street to Le Duan Street);

- Ton Duc Thang Street (from Le Duan Street to the U-turn point in front of 37 Ton Duc Thang);

- Mac Dinh Chi Street (section from Tran Cao Van to Nguyen Du);

- Hai Ba Trung Street (section from Vo Van Tan Street to Ly Tu Trong Street);

In the above cases, people need to bring identification documents to prove or contact the police station in charge of the area of ​​residence to receive support on how to enter the restricted security area according to the instructions of the security force.

Vehicles are not allowed to enter the area where security has been established. Therefore, people need to proactively arrange a place to park their vehicles before the authorities set up a control barrier.

In addition, people are requested to provide the driver's phone number so that the authorities can contact them to move the vehicle in case of an emergency due to security requirements. If they cannot contact them within 30 minutes, the authorities will move (tow) the vehicle to the nearest police station.
