On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the country's reunification, from real life to digital space, the spirit of patriotism is lighting up every moment, every story, every beat of the Vietnamese heart. Accordingly, the unique collection of cookies by Ms. Tran Thi Thu Trang - owner of a bakery in Tay Ninh is attracting the attention of netizens thanks to its creative expression.
The idea of a collection with the theme of April 30th has been cherished by Ms. Trang for a long time as she shared: "The cakes are not only food, but also a means for me to tell the story of the nation with all respect and pride."

She said she spent a lot of time researching documents, images, and historical details to ensure accuracy. "Before drawing, I have to carefully observe every detail. What is the tank's serial number, what color is the flag on the tank... Recreating history, even on the surface of a wheel, cannot be done carelessly," she emphasized .

Ms. Trang's cookie collection "recreates" many touching images. That is the image of a nearly 80-year-old veteran who traveled thousands of kilometers by motorbike from North to South to witness the April 30 parade. She emotionally shared: "I read the sentence that he said he had enough money to travel by car or plane, but he chose to travel by motorbike to look back at the achievements that he and his comrades had sacrificed their blood and sweat to preserve. Surely, having experienced life and death, he cherished and longed to witness with his own eyes the moment when the country was filled with joy!"
Interesting stories told through cookie collections
In particular, Ms. Trang devoted a lot of effort to the image of tanks entering the Independence Palace: "This is also my most dedicated cake work in this collection."
When completing this special collection of cookies, Trang's greatest feeling was pride. According to her, patriotism does not necessarily have to be expressed through great actions, but can start from the simplest things - as long as it is done with heart and sincerity. "Everyone can be creative: musicians write music, artists paint pictures, and I am a baker, I tell stories through edible cookies," she shared.
Through each cake, Ms. Trang hopes to contribute to spreading the spirit of patriotism in a gentle, intimate and inspiring way. Those works, though small, still evoke sacred memories, reminding young people not to forget their roots.
