More than 8 years ago, the provision of vaccination services, especially vaccines for children in Vietnam, faced many difficulties in terms of vaccine sources, facilities, and service quality. This resulted in many children not being fully vaccinated, and many families had to take their children abroad to receive vaccination services or pay very high prices.

Faced with these difficulties, on June 29, 2017, VNVC established its first center in Hanoi. After nearly 8 years, the system has reached nearly 200 centers, striving to build and position high-quality, safe, professional vaccination services at reasonable costs. VNVC also strives to bring to Vietnam dozens of new-generation vaccines, scarce vaccines, hundreds of millions of doses of high-quality and essential vaccines, especially more than 30 million doses of AstraZeneca's Covid-19 vaccine to promptly contribute to the fight against the pandemic.

In particular, VNVC is also a vaccination unit that invests heavily in cold chain systems and cold storage for vaccines to each vaccination room to serve customers with genuine, quality, and safe doses of vaccines. The cold storage system for vaccines at VNVC is equipped with 3 power sources, ensuring that vaccines are stored in optimal conditions even during power outages. Cold storage, cold chain, and specialized cold vehicles are the core conditions for VNVC to safely deploy vaccination and ensure the ability to store large quantities, limiting vaccine shortages nationwide.

Not only performing well in vaccination activities, understanding the difficulties of many families with young children, the elderly with underlying diseases, wanting to get vaccinated but having difficulty in having enough financial conditions, with the trust and cooperation of many banks, VNVC is one of the first units in Vietnam to implement an interest-free vaccine package installment program for customers with payment cards of partner banks since July 2018. Notably, since July 2023, VNVC and Mcredit - a member of the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB) and SBI Shinsei Bank (Japan) have joined hands to launch a breakthrough financial solution "inject first, pay later" with quick, simple procedures and no interest for up to 12 months. In which, all interest is paid by VNVC on behalf of customers.

After just over 1 year of implementation, the program has reached the first disbursement milestone of 100 billion, supporting nearly 7,000 customers to receive more than 100,000 vaccinations, including more than 15,000 6-in-1 vaccines, more than 13,000 flu shots, nearly 11,000 meningococcal shots, more than 8,000 Rotavirus doses, more than 8,000 hepatitis A and B vaccines, nearly 5,000 HPV vaccines, etc.

The first disbursement of 100 billion VND of the "Vaccinate first, pay later" program is proof that VNVC always pays special attention and is ready to support vulnerable customers, the elderly, especially children in remote areas to be vaccinated with safe, high-quality vaccines, thereby striving to increase the vaccination coverage rate in the community.

The most popular vaccine packages chosen by people are those for children aged 0-12 months and 0-24 months (accounting for more than 70%), mainly serving parents who are workers and employees in companies and industrial parks; followed by the HPV vaccine package for adolescents and adults, the vaccine package for women preparing to become pregnant, etc.

Participating in the "inject first, pay later" vaccine package for children 0-24 months old at VNVC Hoang Van Thu (HCMC), Ms. NTBTram (living in Binh Thanh District) said: "These days, money is depreciating, my husband and I are both workers so we don't have much extra money. Luckily, thanks to the installment payment program of VNVC and Mcredit, I can easily buy a vaccine package with 0 VND interest rate, balance family expenses and give my children full disease prevention."

The VNVC vaccination system has tried to increase the number of vaccination points in remote areas so that people in these places can also access quality vaccines and safe vaccination procedures. To date, the system has nearly 200 vaccination centers in provinces and cities with the motto of bringing vaccines to all Vietnamese people, especially remote areas.

Continuing the mission of providing Vietnamese people with safe, quality vaccination services at reasonable costs, constantly improving service quality criteria and meeting the needs of vaccine services for many different customers, on August 3, 2024, VNVC Vaccination System continued to launch the VNVC VIP vaccination service, launching a priority vaccination area.

The VNVC VIP vaccination area has a private, luxurious, classy space, separate from the standard vaccination area, enhancing the experience for customers who are often busy or need quick vaccination, ensuring privacy, no waiting. Not only ensuring a safe vaccination process, ensuring infection control according to the closed one-way principle, VIP vaccination customers are monitored and checked by nurses after vaccination right at their seats.

At VIP Vaccination VNVC, customers can also have their body composition analyzed with the new generation InBody 770 machine, which is capable of analyzing more than 50 important body indicators in depth. Children are invested in a separate modern play area, equipped with many toys to stimulate creativity according to the Montessori educational method.
