BSR and GIZ are collaborating on research and testing of synthetic fuel production in Vietnam.

On May 7th, in Da Nang, the Vietnam Refining and Petrochemical Corporation (BSR), a member unit of the Vietnam National Energy and Industry Group (Petrovietnam), and the German International Cooperation Organization (GIZ) signed a Memorandum of Understanding to cooperate on a feasibility study for a pilot project to produce synthetic fuels in Vietnam, including sustainable aviation fuel e-SAF and green methanol e-MeOH.
