On August 1, 2024, VinFast officially delivered the first VF 3 cars to customers in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, earlier than the original plan, thereby creating strong momentum for completing the goal of delivering at least 20,000 VF 3 cars this year.
The first batch of cars was delivered by VinFast to the earliest depositors out of nearly 28,000 orders received just 66 hours after the sale opened in May 2024. The early delivery of cars after less than 3 months of receiving deposits not only demonstrates VinFast's outstanding production capacity and process optimization ability, but also affirms its strong commitment to bringing Vietnamese consumers a modern, unique electric car model with a price suitable for the majority of people's ability to pay.
VF 3 is VinFast's first small urban electric vehicle, designed with 2 doors, square, strong and individual style. The car has a diverse color palette, including 4 basic colors, 5 advanced colors, and allows customers to freely choose the paint color according to their preferences at a cost of only 15 million VND.
The dimensions of length, width, and height are 3,190 x 1,679 x 1,652 (mm) respectively, giving the VF 3 a neat and dynamic appearance, suitable for all operating conditions. The interior space of the car is enough for 4 people to sit comfortably, thanks to the wheelbase of up to 2,075 mm. The 16-inch wheel set increases the ground clearance to 191 mm, helping the car move comfortably on a variety of terrains.
VinFast VF 3 is equipped with a battery pack capable of traveling up to 215 km/charge, the fastest battery charging time from 10% to 70% in just 36 minutes. The electric motor has a maximum capacity of 30 kW, maximum torque of 110 Nm, combined with rear-wheel drive (RWD) for acceleration from 0-50 km/h in 5.3 seconds.
Although belonging to the miniSUV segment, VinFast still equips the VF 3 with a large 10-inch touch screen entertainment screen, along with a gearshift lever behind the steering wheel similar to luxury cars, bringing a comfortable and impressive experience to users. The car is also equipped with an airbag for the driver, front disc brakes and safety technologies such as ABS anti-lock braking, emergency brake assist, hill start assist...
The price for VF 3 with battery rental is 240 million VND, while the price with battery is 322 million VND. If renting the battery, customers only have to pay a fee of 900,000 VND/month for a distance of less than 1,500 km/month, 1,200,000 VND/month for a distance of 1,500 - 2,500 km/month, and 2,000,000 VND/month for a distance of over 2,500 km/month. The vehicle is warranted by the manufacturer for up to 7 years or 160,000 km (whichever comes first), while the high-voltage battery is warranted for 8 years and unlimited km.

According to the plan, following the first batch of cars, VinFast will successively hand over VF 3 cars to customers who have pre-ordered at showrooms and distributors nationwide. It is expected that in 2024, VinFast can hand over at least 20,000 VF 3 cars to customers./.
