Brzoska said he hasn't decided which country he'll file the lawsuit in, but it would be part of an effort to hold Meta accountable for the false ads that continue to appear despite being reported by users.

Meta representatives said the company will remove fake ads when detected and cooperate with authorities.
Brzoska, founder of InPost in Poland, informed Meta about the problem in early July, but Meta has yet to offer a solution. Mr. Brzoska and his wife are demanding that Meta stop profiting from content that violates their rights and are demanding a large sum of money in compensation, which the billionaire said will be donated to charity.
Last week, the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection ordered Meta Platforms Ireland Limited to stop displaying fake ads using data and images of Brzoska and his wife on Facebook and Instagram in Poland for three months.
Meta said it is evaluating the decision and will continue to work with businesses, local agencies and law enforcement to combat fraud.
