Tourists visit and admire orchids displayed at Da Lat Flower Garden

The contest is held to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).

Orchid works brought by over 100 flower growing and orchid playing units in Da Lat city, divided into 2 main contents including wild orchids and synthetic orchids.

According to many Da Lat artisans, the wild orchid season in Da Lat begins in March and lasts until April and May every year. Many other orchid species such as slipper orchids, cymbidium orchids, phalaenopsis orchids, Cattleya orchids, etc. also bloom year-round in Da Lat.

On the day, the Organizing Committee organized a judging for the participating works. As a result, 36 works entered the final round, each content had 16 winning works including 1 first prize, 3 second prizes, 5 third prizes and 7 consolation prizes.

The orchid display will last until May 4 at Da Lat Flower Garden. Many visitors came to enjoy the flowers on the opening day. The organizers will award prizes to the winning works on May 4.
