The General Department of Taxation requests that local tax departments disseminate information about the new land tax policy.

Firstly, tax authorities at all levels should organize extensive and comprehensive dissemination of the main contents of land use fee and land lease fee policies as stipulated in the Land Law and Decree 103 to organizations, units, businesses, households, and individuals.

Specifically, in each tax administration area, the tax authorities proactively coordinate with news agencies, radio stations, television stations, VCCI branch offices, etc., to organize the dissemination and promotion of the contents of the Land Law and Decree No. 103.

Local tax departments are tasked with developing guidance documents for implementing the two new regulations and posting these documents on their websites. Simultaneously, these units must regularly and continuously disseminate information through various means, ensuring taxpayers have access to and clearly understand the scope, subjects, deadlines, procedures, and rights when implementing the new policies on land use fees and land lease fees.

Secondly, the head of the tax authority is responsible for assigning relevant departments within the tax authority to update, search, review, and inspect records, and to ensure compliance with legal regulations.

Thirdly, in case of any problems or difficulties during implementation, the Tax Department shall compile a report on the problems and propose recommendations (if any) to the General Department of Taxation for timely guidance.
