The T'rưng is a traditional Vietnamese musical instrument that shares similarities with the Ranat Ek (wooden xylophone) of Thailand.
Mr. Anutin, along with Vietnamese artists, performed "Sabai Sabai," a famous Thai song conveying a message of serenity, tranquility, and joy in life. This unexpected performance created a warm and intimate atmosphere, while also showcasing the cultural exchange and friendship between Vietnam and Thailand.
Prime Minister Le Minh Hung and his wife gave a round of applause, expressing their delight at the performance.
Vietnam and Thailand officially established diplomatic relations on August 6, 1976, and have maintained good relations and high political trust between the leaders and people of the two countries. To date, cooperation between Vietnam and Thailand has increasingly developed in both breadth and depth across all fields, in accordance with the framework of the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.
This year, the two countries are celebrating the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations.
