Thereby, if there are serious violations, if the conditions are no longer met, the organization will be required to temporarily suspend or stop operations for rectification. Organize effective combat against the manifestation of "privatization" of the press; step up inspection of the activities of representative offices and resident reporters in the locality; including the management and issuance of letters of introduction to reporters and collaborators.

Publishing activities and responsibilities of publishing partners on the Internet and on e-commerce platforms; implementation of regulations on principles, purposes, functions and tasks of publishers; conditions for receiving printed publications and printing in accordance with the quantity recorded in the publication printing receipt.

Conduct inspections on the issue of "newspaperization" of magazines, "newspaperization" of general electronic information websites, social networks; posting false and inaccurate information on social networks; activities of providing illegal electronic games on the internet; online advertising activities; providing cross-border public information in Vietnam; activities of providing cross-border radio and television broadcasting services into Vietnam.

Continue to inspect postal enterprises that engage in unfair competition, cross-subsidization of services, enterprises that do not carry out production and business activities after being granted postal licenses; compliance with regulations on price notification and price posting, etc.

At the same time, the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Information and Communications will inspect the management of mobile subscriber information; fight against and strictly handle subjects selling pre-registered SIM cards, junk SIM cards, ensuring the accuracy of mobile subscriber information; spreading spam messages, spam calls, scam calls, debt collection; using fake BTS station devices to spread scam messages...

In particular, the Ministry Inspectorate will inspect the implementation of regulations on ensuring information system security at all levels at agencies, units, and enterprises, especially at state agencies that own important information systems...
