Accordingly, the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Information and Communications will strengthen inspections and audits in the coming period of associations, institutes, and magazines that have internal conflicts, lax management, numerous prolonged and escalated complaints; fail to adhere to the principles and objectives of the press agency; have received numerous reports of suspected violations in their operations, resulting in administrative penalties and criminal prosecution of reporters and contributors.
Through this process, serious violations will be considered, and if the conditions are no longer met, a temporary suspension or cessation of operations will be requested for rectification. Effective measures will be taken to combat the "privatization" of the press; inspections of representative offices and resident reporters in localities will be intensified, including the management and issuance of credentials for reporters and collaborators.

Through inspection and review, if serious violations are found or if the units no longer meet the requirements, they will be required to temporarily suspend or cease operations for rectification.
This includes the publishing activities and responsibilities of publishing partners in online environments and on e-commerce platforms; compliance with regulations regarding the publisher's mission, purpose, functions, and responsibilities; and the conditions for accepting publications for printing and ensuring that printing is carried out in accordance with the quantity specified in the publication printing acceptance documents.
Conduct inspections on issues such as the "journalization" of magazines and general information websites, social networks; the posting of false or inaccurate information on social networks; the provision of illegal online games; online advertising; the provision of cross-border public information in Vietnam; and the provision of cross-border broadcasting services into Vietnam.
