On the evening of August 5, speaking with reporters, the leader of Gia Loc District Police (Hai Duong) confirmed that an incident had just occurred in the area where a passenger bus driver refused to obey the order to stop, repeatedly pushed the traffic police, then accelerated and fled. The incident is being investigated by the leader of the Traffic Police Department.
Previously, at around 4:30 p.m. the same day, the Working Group of Traffic Police Team No. 2 (Traffic Police Department - Hai Duong Provincial Police) was on patrol and control duty on National Highway 38B, the area passing through Gia Loc district, when they discovered a red passenger car with license plate 34F-009.44 traveling in the direction of Thanh Mien - Hai Duong City with signs of violating traffic laws.

A traffic police officer of the task force signaled the car to stop, but the driver continued to drive forward, pushing the traffic police officer back. The incident was recorded by people on the street.
In the clip, the traffic police officer repeatedly asked the driver to get out of the car and obey the order. However, the driver did not stop until a citizen on a motorbike blocked the bus. Not only that, when the motorbike driver left, the bus driver continued to accelerate and flee towards Hai Duong City.
The bus driver has been summoned by the police for questioning.
