The program aims to discuss and seek expert opinions on intellectual property and copyright, in the face of copyright infringement in Vietnam; aiming to support young people, student startups and creative businesses to build a strong Vietnamese creative brand system, identified through the milestones of 50+ and towards 100+ to turn creativity into national assets.

According to the organizers, thanks to the contributions of individuals and businesses, ideas have been transformed into intellectual property, especially content ownership in the digital economy. Therefore, it is necessary to focus on building a culture of intellectual property, using technology to protect copyright, becoming the foundation for sustainable development.

In particular, the implementation of the Intellectual Property Law includes the main pillars: Completing the legal framework, raising awareness through propaganda about copyright and the Vietnam 50+ campaign through the blockchain platform; Granting legal copy rights, using NFT 50+ stamps applying blockchain technology to trace the origin, preventing illegal use.

In addition, it also builds a national symbol through the Arc de Triomphe Square and the digital community record program "Made by Vietnam" with 1 million creative ideas, inspiring the young generation.

Mr. Mai Tu Anh, Vice President and General Secretary of the Vietnam Copyright Association, said that in the context of the world changing strongly with artificial intelligence, big data and blockchain technology, intellectual property is not only a right but also a strategic resource, the key to opening the door to the digital economy and international integration for Vietnam.

In fact, leading countries like the United States have turned copyright into an economic driver, contributing 6.7% to the national GDP. Meanwhile, Vietnam is facing a major challenge as it ranks 9th in the world in terms of copyright infringement rate.

“I call on creative businesses and the young generation to build an intellectual property culture, join the Vietnam 50+ journey and contribute ideas to the digital community record “Made by Vietnam”… Ho Chi Minh City, as a pioneer, will continue to be the leading flag, connecting all resources to realize the creation of a transparent and sustainable ecosystem,” Mr. Mai Tu Anh emphasized.
