Ho Chi Minh City residents eagerly went to watch the parade rehearsal to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day.

According to the instructions, before attending the event, people need to have: polite and neat clothes, wear shoes or sandals with straps, avoid high heels, flip-flops, bring drinks (snacks, milk, etc.), neat sun and rain protection accessories; for people with underlying diseases, cardiovascular and respiratory diseases, limit attending and going to crowded places.

While attending the event, people should not jostle, push, get overly excited, and avoid arguing or screaming.

In case of emergency, people should not panic, not listen to rumors, not run or push in panic, but calmly listen to announcements and follow the instructions of security and protection forces.

Along with that, people need to observe the exit, quickly leave the dangerous area, follow the flow of people, maintain a steady posture and do not try to go against the flow of people.

In case you get caught up in a crowd, keep your hands in front of your chest to protect your lungs and avoid suffocation. Take short steps following the flow of people, do not stop in the middle of the crowd, and stay calm, do not scream in panic.

In case of fall, protect your head, cover your head, bend over to protect vital organs and find a chance to stand up as soon as possible.

The Ministry of Health notes that people need to put safety as their top priority. If you feel unsafe, leave crowded areas immediately.
