The Galaxy S25 Slim has recently revealed its ultra-thin design through a series of CAD renderings published by Smartpix. This means that these images do not come directly from Samsung, but are created based on technical drawings and measurements of the device's hardware - information that case manufacturers can use to prepare for the launch of a new phone model.

According to Smartpix, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim will measure 159 x 76 x 6.4mm and the thickest part at the camera will be only 8.3mm. In comparison, the Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to be 8.2mm thick (excluding the camera). These are quite impressive numbers for a thin and light device.
Despite its compact design, the Galaxy S25 Slim retains the same design language as the Galaxy S25 series, including colorful camera bezels, a glass back, and a flat screen.

Smartpix doesn't provide any new hardware information, but reiterates recent rumors. Accordingly, the Galaxy S25 Slim will use the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip and 12GB of RAM, similar to other models in the Galaxy S25 line.
The source also said that the Galaxy S25 Slim's camera system will include a 200MP main camera, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 50MP telephoto lens with 3.5X optical zoom. The telephoto lens will have a special design.
Samsung is expected to use a new ALoP (All Lenses on Prism) design for the 3.5X telephoto lens, placing the lenses in front of the prism instead of behind. This design will help the product be "thin" but still provide impressive optical zoom capabilities.
It is still unclear when Samsung will launch the Galaxy S25 Slim, could it be introduced early at the Galaxy Unpacked event? Users will have to wait until next week when Samsung officially announces it.
