Apple has just released the third beta of the upcoming iOS 18.3 and iPadOS 18.3 updates for developers to test. It is known that the software appeared just about 1 week after the "Apple" released the second test version.

iOS 18.3 and iPadOS 18.3 beta 3 can now be downloaded on compatible devices by going to the Settings app > General > Software Update. Apple has also released a new developer beta of visionOS 2.3, which can be downloaded via the Settings app on the Vision Pro.
Notably, no new Apple Intelligence features have been spotted in iOS 18.3 and iPadOS 18.3 so far, with the update bringing only minor interface changes. It seems to focus on bug fixes, device performance improvements, and the possibility of robot vacuum support in HomeKit.
Additional updates to Siri Apple Intelligence will be coming later in the iOS 18.4 and iPadOS 18.4 updates. Apple is expected to officially release iOS 18.3 and iPadOS 18.3 this January.
