Samsung to launch Galaxy S25 series at Galaxy Unpacked 2025 event |
Users can watch the Galaxy Unpacked 2025 event live on Samsung Vietnam's website and Youtube channel at 1:00 a.m. on January 23.
In a press release, Samsung said it would unveil “the next evolution of Galaxy AI” at its Unpacked 2025 event. The South Korean tech giant is essentially teasing the Galaxy S25 series. There will be at least three models: the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25 Plus, and Galaxy S25 Ultra.
There’s also a fourth device rumored to be called the Galaxy S25 Slim, but that device could be released later, possibly in April or this summer. Samsung also says the upcoming Galaxy AI “will be more natural and intuitive, and will change the way Galaxy users interact with the world.”
Leaked renders show that Samsung will not bring many changes in appearance to the Galaxy S25 and S25 Plus models, while the Galaxy S25 Ultra will have a more rounded design, providing a more comfortable and pleasant grip for users.
All models in this product line will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, accompanied by at least 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal memory.
Additionally, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to feature a 50MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and the phone's 512GB/1TB ROM variants will come with a whopping 16GB of RAM. The upcoming Galaxy S25 series will also support the new Qi2 wireless charging.
