This morning, April 7, tens of thousands of people came to the Hung Kings Temple Historical Site (Viet Tri, Phu Tho) to offer incense in memory of the Hung Kings. Despite the rainy weather, people returned to the square early to wait for the time to offer incense and pay their respects.

Hung Temple Festival, also known as Hung Kings' Commemoration Day, is a major festival to commemorate and express gratitude for the founding of the nation by the Hung Kings, the first kings of the nation. Every year, the festival attracts many people from all over the country to come and pay homage and express gratitude to the Hung Kings for their contributions to the founding of the nation.

Many people, despite being far away, still arrange to return to the foot of Nghia Linh mountain to offer incense to commemorate the Hung Kings. The Hung Kings' death anniversary is an opportunity to educate the tradition of "When drinking water, remember its source", deep gratitude to the Hung Kings who built the country and the ancestors who fought against foreign invaders to protect the country. At the same time, this is also an important opportunity to promote to the world an extremely valuable and unique Heritage that has existed for thousands of years, deeply rooted in the soul and emotions, becoming the traditional morality of the people of the whole country./.
