Eight teams from communes and towns in the district participated in the competition. The teams consisted of officials and civil servants from communes and towns; Front Committee and mass organization officials from villages and residential areas; representatives from Party branches; influential figures in ethnic minority communities; and outstanding local producers. The teams competed in four rounds: an introductory round, a multiple-choice test, a situational round, and a short play promoting policies and laws based on a given theme.
The competition aims to raise awareness and understanding of ethnic affairs, and to foster a sense of responsibility among officials, civil servants, and people in ethnic minority areas regarding the study and implementation of policies and laws in general, and those concerning ethnic affairs in particular. It also promotes exchange, learning of experiences, and strengthens understanding and solidarity among ethnic minority communities.
At the same time, it creates opportunities to share good experiences and effective operational models, contributing to improving the effectiveness of legal education and dissemination in ethnic minority areas; and effectively implementing the National Target Program for socio -economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas for the period 2021-2030, Phase I: From 2021-2025 (National Target Program 1719) in the district.
