On the morning of April 3, the 21st Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Festival 2025 took place at 23/9 Park (District 1) with more than 100 booths from 41 provinces and cities and 32 travel, transportation and airline businesses.
The festival lasts until April 6, aiming to promote destinations, stimulate tourism and create opportunities for connection between businesses and customers.
Many tours, diverse choices
Talking to Tuoi Tre Online , the family of Mrs. Nguyen Phuong Anh (Phu Nhuan district) said that in the past 3 years, to prepare summer tours for her children and grandchildren, Mrs. Anh often went to tourism festivals to learn about and buy tours.
"I don't have much knowledge about travel companies, I don't know where to buy quality tours, so every time the festival takes place, I go there directly to choose.
This year, there are many tourism products with new itineraries, I am hesitant to decide because they are all interesting and the prices are the same," Ms. Anh said.

Meanwhile, with only the wish to set foot once in the land of legendary historical films, two young people Phuong Anh and Minh Anh have decided on a tour to China with Vietravel. They think the price is discounted up to 20% so they cannot hesitate.
On the business side, Tuoi Tre Online noted that this year's booths "increased capacity" to receive customers because there were too many products to introduce to people and visitors.
There are hundreds of domestic and international summer tours, diverse with all types of services from package tours, free & easy, custom-designed tours, MICE tourism...
Vietlxtour said that this year's festival the unit increased the "dishes" on the tourism "party" table by 30%.
By noon, many booths were still packed with customers listening to advice and buying tours to receive promotions at the festival.
Ms. Tran Thi Bao Thu, representative of Vietluxtour, said that at the festival, the unit introduced a variety of tours to all three regions from Hanoi, East - Northwest to Hoi An - Hue, Da Lat, the West. In addition, foreign tours departing in June - July such as Thailand, Singapore, Laos, India... have good prices to stimulate tourism.
"The product is designed with a variety of time, services and prices to meet the needs of many customer segments. In particular, Vietluxtour has a discount of up to 2 million customers for tourists who register early and in groups at this year's tourism festival," Ms. Thu informed.
Highlights of tourism activities associated with the 50th anniversary of Southern Liberation Day
According to the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism, the highlight of the 21st Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Festival is the activities associated with the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day with communication campaigns to promote tourism and announce tour programs on this theme.
Therefore, many businesses create highlights for domestic and international tourists with typical product lines associated with Saigon culture and history.
