Leaders of countries and parties continue to send letters and telegrams of congratulations to General Secretary and President To Lam.
President of the Republic of Korea Yoon Suk Yeol, on behalf of the Government and people of the Republic of Korea, sincerely congratulated President To Lam on his election as General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam. President Yoon Suk Yeol affirmed that under the leadership of General Secretary and President To Lam, Vietnam will continue to achieve brilliant development and raise Vietnam's international status to new heights.

The President of the Republic of Korea expressed his wish to closely coordinate with General Secretary and President To Lam to further strengthen the comprehensive strategic partnership between the Republic of Korea and Vietnam in all fields and contribute to consolidating peace, stability and prosperous development in the region.
