Leaders of various countries and parties continue to send letters and telegrams congratulating General Secretary and President To Lam.
On behalf of the Government and people of South Korea, President Yoon Suk Yeol sincerely congratulated President To Lam on his election as General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam . President Yoon Suk Yeol affirmed that under the leadership of General Secretary and President To Lam, Vietnam will continue to achieve brilliant development and elevate its international standing to new heights.
