Through these activities, PC Cao Bang has promptly conveyed many measures to customers, such as using electricity "at the right time, in the right place, in the right way, and according to the right needs," especially turning off electrical devices when not in use.

In addition, the company also coordinated with the Department of Industry and Trade of Cao Bang province to encourage agencies, offices, and organizations in the province to develop plans for efficient and effective electricity use and improve safe and economical electricity use in the workplace; encouraged businesses and commercial service establishments such as restaurants and hotels to pay attention to safe, economical, and efficient electricity use; and encouraged production facilities and businesses inside and outside industrial zones to participate in the load adjustment program to help reduce peak power consumption during certain peak hours, as well as encouraging customers to arrange production time appropriately and avoid using electricity during peak hours.

In particular, PC Cao Bang also encourages people to replace energy-consuming appliances with energy-saving ones… This contributes to reducing grid overload and improving the efficiency of energy management and use at production facilities and businesses.

Proactively implement electricity saving solutions.

In Chi Lang district ( Lang Son province), electricity consumption is primarily for household use. To ensure effective electricity saving, especially during the hot season, Chi Lang Power Company has proactively forecasted electricity usage patterns in the area.

Based on that, the Power Company advised the District People's Committee and coordinated with Party committees and authorities at all levels, as well as specialized departments, to implement solutions to promote electricity saving among agencies, units, businesses, and the people.

Mr. Nguyen Hung Cuong, Deputy Director of Chi Lang Power Company, Chi Lang District, Lang Son Province, said: Chi Lang Power Company has implemented several solutions to promote electricity saving, such as coordinating with the Department of Economic and Infrastructure to establish groups to inspect electricity saving efforts, integrating this with propaganda at district agencies and the People's Committees of communes and towns, and directly reaching the people. In addition, they coordinate with the District's Cultural, Sports and Communication Center to broadcast electricity saving information through the public address system to every village and commune.

In 2024, electricity saving awareness campaigns were more widely implemented in agencies, units, and among the general public. Specifically, the power company sent informational messages through Zalo groups in villages and hamlets to help people better understand how to save electricity at home. For agencies and units, the power sector monitored weekly electricity consumption from the district to the commune level and regularly notified these units. As a result, people's awareness of electricity usage has improved.

Meanwhile, in Van Quan district (Lang Son province), the local Party committee, government, and relevant agencies have implemented many comprehensive solutions, especially strengthening propaganda and raising people's awareness about using electricity economically and efficiently during the hot season.

Thanks to the synchronized implementation of solutions in promoting electricity conservation, according to statistics from Van Quan Power Company, from the beginning of the hot season until now, electricity consumption in the area has only increased by about 8-10% compared to previous months, basically meeting the plan.
