At the ceremony, officials and members of the Ho Chi Minh Sea Trail Tradition Association of Thai Binh province and Hai Phong city reviewed the history and glorious achievements of the "Ship without number" group during the years of revolutionary activities. The Ho Chi Minh Sea Trail is an important strategic transportation route, a new development of the people's war strategy under the leadership of the Party.

During nearly 15 years of operation, the “No-number Ships” have overcome many difficulties, hardships and sacrifices, transporting more than 97,500 tons of weapons, military logistics, nearly 300 cadres from the North to the South, to the most remote and difficult places, places that other transportation routes could not reach, contributing to supporting human and material resources for the resistance in the South. On those ships, many children of Thai Binh were brave, courageous, resourceful, excellently completing the transportation mission, successfully transporting many shipments of goods, bringing our troops to safe shores.
Also at the ceremony, the Ho Chi Minh Sea Trail Tradition Association of Thai Binh province presented gifts of gratitude to members who participated in the historic Ho Chi Minh campaign, contributing with the entire Party, army and people to the great victory, liberating the South and unifying the country.
Delegates offered incense to commemorate heroic martyrs at Duy Nhat Commune Martyrs Cemetery (Vu Thu).
