According to the agreement, the three media outlets will focus on producing articles, reports, panel discussions, documentaries, and images about the history and journalism of Song Be, Binh Duong , and Binh Phuoc provinces, with the theme "Journalism of Song Be - Binh Duong - Binh Phuoc in the flow of Vietnamese revolutionary journalism," under the leadership of Binh Duong Newspaper and in collaboration with Binh Duong Radio and Television Station and Binh Phuoc Radio, Television and Newspaper. The implementation period is from August 2024 to June 2025.

The activities aim to create a positive publicity and dissemination effect, highlighting the position and role of journalism in social life. The works will be published and broadcast on various media platforms, digital infrastructure, and websites of Binh Phuoc Radio and Television Station, Binh Duong Newspaper, and Binh Duong Radio and Television Station.
The implementation of the signed agreement will highlight the glorious traditions, important contributions, and historical mission of the revolutionary press of Vietnam and the press of Song Be, Binh Duong, and Binh Phuoc in the cause of national liberation, national construction and defense, and the implementation of the reform and international integration process. It affirms the concern and care of the Party, the State, local Party committees and authorities, and the support and trust of the people in the development of the press.
To encourage, motivate, commend, honor, and express gratitude to outstanding generations of journalists; to cultivate and educate current and future journalists in Binh Duong and Binh Phuoc provinces about pride and love for their profession. To contribute to the development of journalism, building a journalistic workforce that is increasingly strong in political conviction, professional expertise, and professional ethics, and fulfilling the requirements of "Building a professional, humane, and modern press and media" in accordance with the spirit of the 13th National Congress of the Party.
The signing will strengthen solidarity and coordination in propaganda work among the three agencies, and reinforce the traditional, good relationship between Binh Duong and Binh Phuoc provinces.
