Speaking at the conference, Major General Doan Xuan Bo - Secretary of the Party Committee and Editor-in-Chief of the People's Army Newspaper - requested that in the coming time, the officers, staff, and reporters of the People's Army Newspaper continue to coordinate more closely and effectively in joint activities between the unit and the 12th Army Corps.
The Editor-in-Chief of the People's Army Newspaper requested that the newspaper's reporters actively improve their professional skills and expertise, closely follow the activities of the Army Corps, and vividly and effectively report on all aspects of its work. Major General Doan Xuan Bo also expressed his hope that the 12th Army Corps would actively create opportunities for the People's Army Newspaper's officers and reporters to conduct field visits to agencies and units under the Army Corps.

According to the signed agreement, the units will strengthen coordination in disseminating the Party's guidelines, policies, and principles, the State's laws, and the glorious traditions of the nation, thereby arousing patriotism, pride, and honor, continuing to promote revolutionary traditions, and competing in building and defending the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland in the new situation. They will also promote patriotic emulation movements and campaigns at all levels and in all sectors.
Regularly organize exchanges, study tours, meetings, and celebrations of major political events of the country and the traditional days of the three units in various rich and diverse forms, suitable for achieving the successful fulfillment of political tasks and breakthroughs of the agencies and units.

Coordinate the dissemination of information on the implementation results of Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW, Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo , and Resolution No. 847-NQ/QUTW of the Central Military Commission; publicize innovative and effective models and approaches that have a wide-ranging impact across various fields and aspects of work; combat and refute erroneous and hostile viewpoints… and sign agreements.
Sharing and exchanging experiences in troop management and education , writing skills, and documentary production for professional staff of the three units; organizing practical activities and building strong, comprehensive, "exemplary and outstanding" agencies and units…
