Attending the meeting were representatives of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, departments, branches, and unions of the district, along with 150 outstanding female party members, cadres, and women's union members in the whole district.

At the meeting, delegates listened to the sharing of advantages, difficulties, and experiences in the Association's activities in the exchange-discussion program with typical female party members who were Association officials through the periods.

Within the framework of the program, the District Women's Union summarized and awarded the contest "Beauty of traditional costumes of ethnic minorities through photos"; including 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 4 third prizes, 26 consolation prizes and 1 consolation prize for the unit with the most diverse and outstanding contestants, 1 consolation prize for the most outstanding male contestant. Contestant Kpa H'Chuên (member of the model "Community Media Team" in Mo Nang 2 village, Kim Tan commune) won first prize in the contest.

Joining in the atmosphere of the historic April days, more than 100 female cadres and members of the district participated in the Ao Dai performance. In traditional national costumes with the red flag with yellow star in hand, the performance of the women brought a vibrant atmosphere to the program; thereby spreading the spirit of patriotism and national pride to cadres and members of the entire Association.

On this occasion, the District Women's Union presented 78 gifts to outstanding female party members who were cadres and female union members attending the meeting.
