On the morning of April 3, the Standing Committee of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Fatherland Front Committee held a conference to deploy the work of the Advisory Council (AC) of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee in 2025. The Provincial Fatherland Front Committee currently has 4 members, including: the Democracy - Law Member Council, the Ethnic - Religious Member Council, the Economic - Social Member Council, and the National Defense - Security Member Council. Based on the 2025 coordinated action program of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; the operating regulations of the Member Councils for the 2024-2029 term, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee has developed a plan for the 2025 operation of the Member Council, including key tasks such as: researching and advising the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee in proposals and recommendations to supplement and perfect the State's laws, focusing on draft laws and ordinances supplemented and amended in 2025 in accordance with the practical life and conditions of the locality.

Research, contribute ideas, and advise on solutions to continue innovating and improving the quality of the activities of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, the activities of the Standing Boards and Advisory Boards of the Fatherland Front Committees at all levels. Provide advice in grasping and reflecting the ideological situation of the People and public opinion in the province, proposing opinions and recommendations of voters and the People, issues under the authority of the National Assembly, the People's Council, and the Provincial People's Committee, contributing ideas to the draft Notice of the Front participating in government building and synthesizing opinions and recommendations of voters at the Provincial People's Council sessions. Participate in the monitoring and social criticism activities of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee. At the conference, there were many opinions exchanged and frank comments on the contents of the orientation of key tasks in 2025 to improve the effectiveness of the Board of Directors' activities. In particular, continuing to deeply research, grasp, collect and select opinions and recommendations of all classes of people in the province on social issues of concern in the field of constitutional and legal enforcement. Participating in giving comments on amending the Constitution, a number of related laws, especially the Law on Government Organization, the Law on Organization of Local Government and other laws to implement the Party and State's policies on restructuring and streamlining the apparatus; strengthening the functions of criticism and supervision of the Board of Directors. To further improve the effectiveness of the Standing Committee's activities in participating in Party and government building, implementing democracy, representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the People, the Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee requested the Standing Committee's activities to closely follow the Standing Committee's activities and the Regulations on the activities of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee to have specific and effective action plans, in accordance with the functions and tasks of the Front's work and local and grassroots realities, especially some new and hot issues that the public is interested in.

In addition, the Board of Directors needs to continue to innovate the content and implementation methods in consulting activities, creating clear changes in all fields, ensuring quality, consistency and unity.
