According to Nguoi Dua Tin, the project is now entering its final stages.

The project has a selling price of 19.5 million VND/m2, including VAT. According to assessments, this is the highest approved price for social housing in Hanoi to date.

Playing the role of someone interested in buying social housing at the Trung Van social housing project, I was advised by a real estate agent that the selling price ranged from 35-39 million VND/m2, depending on the unit and its location. This price was double the starting price of 19.5 million VND/m2.

The construction crew is actively working to complete the exterior painting of the building.

The project is expected to hand over the houses in the first quarter of 2025.

The social housing building has 3 elevators and serves 11 apartments per floor, totaling 275 units, ranging in size from over 69 m2 to over 88 m2. Each apartment will have an open-plan design with a balcony and loggia, featuring 2-3 bedrooms depending on the size.

The Trung Van social housing project is located in the city center, with convenient transportation connections, surrounded by large urban areas and existing amenities such as the Cat Linh - Ha Dong elevated train line, Hospital 103, and Ring Road 3.
