The core objective of the cooperation is to mobilize maximum resources from both sides to promote the comprehensive digital transformation process, from state agencies, enterprises to each citizen, contributing to fundamentally changing the way of life, working and production and consumption methods on the digital technology platform.

On this basis, Hai Phong city and FPT Corporation have agreed on 9 key cooperation contents, covering all key areas of the digital transformation process.

First of all, regarding infrastructure and digital platform development, FPT will coordinate research and investment in building a modern, internationally-standard Data Center to provide cloud computing services to organizations, businesses and government agencies. At the same time, the two sides will consider the development of a High Performance Computing Center (HPC) to serve large problems, especially the development of artificial intelligence (AI), to meet the city's increasing demand for data storage and processing.

FPT Corporation will also accompany the city in optimizing the roadmap for moving information systems to cloud computing platforms according to the direction of the Hai Phong City Party Committee in Resolution 57-NQ/TW.

In addition, the review and upgrading of existing digital infrastructure will be carried out systematically to meet the increasing demand for information security and processing efficiency.

In the field of digital economic development, FPT will support the development and implementation of specialized digital transformation programs, especially for small and medium enterprises, cooperatives, and business households.

In addition, new technology application solutions will be prioritized for implementation in key economic sectors of Hai Phong such as logistics, seaports, industrial production, high-tech agriculture and tourism.

FPT will act as a bridge, attracting domestic and foreign investment funds and technology partners to Hai Phong, creating a solid foundation for the local startup community to develop.

At the conference, Mr. Truong Gia Binh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of FPT Corporation, expressed his impression of Hai Phong's strong development in recent times. In the field of digital government, FPT supports the implementation of comprehensive digital transformation solutions for industries such as science and technology, healthcare, education, agriculture, environment, culture, construction, etc.

Meanwhile, the digital social sector is focused on integrating services, enhancing two-way interaction between people and the government, especially in the field of public health care.

Comrade Le Tien Chau, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Hai Phong City Party Committee, affirmed that he will create the best conditions for FPT Group to approach departments, branches and sectors to survey the current situation and propose appropriate solutions. He hopes that FPT will mobilize the best resources, implement programs in accordance with the city's development orientation and in accordance with legal regulations.
