Previously, fishing boat NT-90330 with 9 fishermen, specializing in catching fish in the waters of Ba Ria-Vung Tau province, was on its way back to Ca Na fishing port when it was sunk by waves in Tuy Phong sea ( Binh Thuan ), about 18 nautical miles from Ca Na port.

Upon receiving the news, fishing boat NT-91174 of Mr. Phan Van Cam in Lac Son village, Ca Na commune, which was operating nearby, came to the rescue, brought the 9 fishermen in distress onto the boat, and safely reached shore at noon the same day.
